Terms and conditions

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms govern how you hire Reeliax's services. By purchasing a plan you accept them, so they're worth reading — they're written to be understood, not to hide anything.

1

Who we are

Reeliax is the trading name of Martin Osswald, tax ID 20-30218060-2, based at Camacua 421, 1636 Olivos, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

You can reach us at info@reeliax.com or on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 3384-1010.

2

What you're buying

We produce video content for your brand — ads, UGC and avatars generated with artificial intelligence — ready to publish on Meta and other platforms.

Each plan covers a set number of videos. It includes an initial call to understand your brand and your offer, our proposed scripts, hooks and angles, and delivery in Ads, Reels and Stories formats.

Meta campaign management is an optional add-on to the monthly plans. It is not included in one-time plans.

3

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are net: they don't include the taxes that apply in your country of residence.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record. That means Paddle invoices you, collects the payment and handles the applicable taxes. The final amount at checkout may be higher than the listed price because of those taxes.

Any question about invoices, receipts or payment methods is handled by Paddle, though you can always write to us and we'll help you sort it out.

4

One-time payment

You pay once and receive the full batch of videos in your chosen plan. There's no commitment, no auto-renewal and no further charges.

5

Monthly payment

This is a continuous production subscription billed month by month, with a minimum commitment of three months of service.

You can cancel at any time after that minimum period, with notice before the next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund months already billed and delivered.

If you cancel before completing the three months, the remaining instalments are still due until the committed minimum is met.

Each month's videos belong to that month and don't roll over to the next one, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6

Test video and refunds

Before producing the full batch we make one test video with your product and your brand, so you see the real result rather than a generic sample.

If that video doesn't convince you, we refund 80% of what you paid and we stop there. The remaining 20% covers the production of that test. You need to request it within 7 calendar days of us delivering the test video, by writing to info@reeliax.com.

After that window, or once you've approved the test video and we've started producing the batch, the payment is non-refundable. The refund applies once per client and only to the first batch purchased.

7

What we need from you

To do the work we need your brand material — product, logo, references, access — and your feedback within a reasonable time.

The delivery times we quote start once we have everything we need. If material arrives late or incomplete, the timeline shifts accordingly.

You confirm that you hold the rights to all material you send us and that using it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. If a claim arises from material you provided, it's your responsibility.

8

Who owns the videos

The videos are yours. Once paid for, you can use them wherever you want, with no time or platform limit.

We reserve the right to show them in our portfolio and promotional material. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us in writing and we'll take them down.

The processes, tools and methodology we use to produce them remain ours.

9

Campaign management

If you add campaign management, we run your Meta campaigns: setup, launch, testing, optimisation and monthly reporting.

Ad spend is not included in the add-on price. You pay it directly to Meta from your own ad account.

We don't guarantee business results. Campaign performance depends on your offer, your pricing, your competition and on Meta's own decisions, which we don't control. We work to improve it; we can't promise it.

We're also not liable for Meta's decisions outside our control, such as an ad being rejected or an ad account being disabled.

10

Liability

We deliver the service with all due care, but we can't be held liable for indirect damages, lost profits or missed business opportunities.

In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

None of this limits any rights the law grants you as a consumer that cannot be waived.

11

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.

Changes don't apply retroactively to a service already purchased: the terms published at the time of purchase are the ones that govern it.

12

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to los tribunales ordinarios de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
