Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Here's exactly what data of yours we handle, what for, who we share it with, and how to ask us to delete it.

1

Who's responsible

The data controller is Martin Osswald, tax ID 20-30218060-2, registered at Camacua 421, 1636 Olivos, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

For anything privacy-related, write to info@reeliax.com.

What we collect

If you fill in the contact form: your name, your email, your phone if you enter it, and whatever you write in the message.

If you book a demo: the details you give Calendly when booking, which are at least your name and email.

If you buy a plan: the billing and payment details you give Paddle. We never see or store your card details at any point.

While you browse the site: your IP address, the browser you use and the pages you visit, along with the identifiers in Meta's cookies.

3

What we use it for

To reply to you, understand what you need and put together a proposal.

To deliver the service if you hire us, and to bill for it.

To measure which ads and which pages bring real enquiries, so we don't spend on advertising that doesn't work.

We don't sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

4

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use Meta's pixel and its Conversions API to measure our advertising. They work together: the pixel reports from your browser and the API from our server, and the events are matched so nothing is counted twice.

When you submit the form, book a demo or complete a payment, we report that event to Meta. Your email and name travel hashed with SHA-256, a one-way process: Meta only uses it to check whether it matches one of its users, and if it doesn't match, the data is discarded.

We also send the pixel cookies (_fbp and _fbc, which identify your browser and the ad you clicked), your IP address and your browser. Those aren't hashed, because Meta needs them in the clear to attribute the visit.

You can limit this from the ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

5

Who we share it with

We work with providers that process data on our behalf, each with its own privacy policy:

Paddle.com — processes payments and issues invoices, as merchant of record.

Calendly — handles demo bookings.

Resend — delivers form enquiries to our inbox.

Meta Platforms — receives the conversion events described above.

Vercel — hosts the site and logs server access.

Some of these providers are outside your country, so your data may be transferred abroad. All of them operate under their own contractual data protection commitments.

6

How long we keep it

Form enquiries stay in our inbox for as long as they're useful to the business relationship.

Client data is kept for the duration of the service and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting obligations require.

Browsing data and advertising events follow each platform's own retention periods.

You can ask us to delete yours sooner, except for anything we're legally required to keep.

7

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected if it's wrong, or have it deleted. You can also object to us using it for advertising purposes.

Just write to info@reeliax.com. We respond within the time limits set by law.

If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights to portability and to restriction of processing under the GDPR, and you can complain to your country's supervisory authority.

In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory body for Personal Data Protection Law 25.326.

8

Cookies

The site uses its own cookies, needed for it to work, and Meta's cookies to measure advertising.

You can block or delete them from your browser settings. If you block the measurement ones, the site still works exactly the same.

9

Minors

The service is aimed at businesses and at people over 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

10

Changes

If we update this policy, we publish the new version on this same page with its date. We recommend checking back now and then.
